Performed routine ac tune up, upon a arrival found outdoor unit not running, error code showing #3 pressures switch issue, checked indoor coil, checked indoor panel, checked and cleaned EZ trap, checked temp split, checked outdoor unit, capacitor check, checked outdoor coil, checked refrigerant pressures and voltages outside ok, filter was super dirty that was the issue on why the outdoor unit was not running, would recommend replacing filter monthly.
