No a/c call, on arrival system was off turned on and checked operation found that the condenser fan was not running due to bad dual capacitor that was swollen, burnt and reading 0, also found that the hard start is weak reading 111 manufacturing specs should be between 135 - 162, with homeowners permission replaced the dual capacitor only checked operation 129/256, SH18, SC4 system is running at this time.
