Arrived to No Cool Confirmed open windings on compressor. Disconnected high and low-voltage, removed fan and top panel and removed access panel. Removed 11 pounds of R410 refrigerant. Cut out and removed compressor and filter dryer. Installed new compressor, added 4 ounces of acid away, and prepped all copper fittings for brazing. Flowed nitrogen and brazed in compessor, filter dryer and all connections. Pressure tested system at 215 psi with no leaks detected. Performed a vacuum on the system down to 500 microns. Replaced 45 MFD capacitor and installed protector Added 12 lbs. 9 oz. of R410 refrigerant Tested system, system functions as designed. Diagnostics photo attached Homeowner request invoice be emailed along with compressor warranty information all done. Complete paid was done all done done looked invoice. Cody was.
