Arrived to no heat, identified system and existing fault code “Eb” thermostat call invalid, (system is brand new) conducted extensive diagnostics to determine fault, system functioned as designed with a call for cool and call for fan however faulted on a call for heat, discovered improper configuration within thermostat.
