Arrive to No Heat Call mechanical heating components of failed. Heat exchanger is cracked to the point you can see daylight through the metal tubing. The front plate of the heat exchanger behind the burners is completely rusted. The inducer motor housing is rusted to the point that the mounting hardware is falling apart. The inducer motor is locked ( should draw no more than .50 amps, currently drawing .68 ) and the inducer fan will not turn. Tested in cooling, system functions as designed Disconnected heat wiring at control board. Cool and fan will still function.
