DCM13: AC complete, replaced (11) 20x20x1, (2) 16x20x1 filters. Other than systems 2, 8 and 10 all systems are fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time. System 2 has low pressures with high superheat, system is low 1 pound of R410A, system 8 has a failed SS2 float switch and system 10’s 70/7.5 capacitor is reading 61/4.1 meaning it is out of range. Placed thermostats on auto at 78* cool, 64* heat. System number 1 float switch had been damaged, replaced on site.
