Today I arrived on site to address issues with the High efficiency Alta Burnahm boiler. Service Actions: Replaced the control board due to a malfunction. The replacement was completed with a new control board under warranty. The boiler supports the heating and DHW system. Upon arriving at the property, the client explained to me that she is having failures in the heating system. The client directed me to where the unit is. I proceeded to inspect the system visually. I didn't find anything out of place. I proceeded to disassemble the defective boar control. I proceeded to install the new control board in its place. I made all the connections and adjustments necessary to conclude with the installation of the new control board. Contact tech support to review the settings of the unit. Some adjustments were made.
