View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-A243-41519B917330464D8DD7B55F134D2701 Preform maintenance on gas water boiler - single zone for the entire house: * shut power to equipment * removed boiler cabinet door * shut down pilot at gas valve * removed flame guard- missing both wing nuts * removed all burner tubes * vacuumed and dusted out burner section of boiler under heat exchanger * vacuumed and brushed all burners clean and clear * inspected heat exchanger and flue piping- ok * secured and inspected electrical wiring and connections * recommend thermocouple replacement- customer approved * preform full cleaning of pilot assembly and installed new thermocouple * reinstalled all burners and relight pilot- on * check for leaks- none * installed flame guard and wing nuts removed to secure in place * return power to system and call for heating from thermostat- system is on and running * monitor flame- boiler pressure and temperature and confirm syst
