Here to inspect American Standard furnace. Customer is having issues with noise complaint @ furnace initial start up or shut down. Check inducer motor amperage and capacitor to be ok. Check electrical wiring and safety controls. Check gas valve. Furnace fires, on/running for normal operation. When system is shutting down main floor motorized damper is making a louder than normal noise as accurator open or close zone. Motorized damper is showing sign of failure. It was explained to customer that as long as damper is getting correct voltage. The only options are to replace entire damper and or if it’s possible to replace just EWC motor head for that zone. Customer other issue with humidifier not operating correctly. Humidifier was check and tested @ zone control. Check voltage @ ( R+C)&(R+Gf)humidistat 28volts check voltage @ solenoid-ok. Customer issue is with piercing valve and water not flowing to solenoid valve. Customer is aware that new upgraded piercing valve and copper tubing is
