View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-A243-58ADFC6B99CF451399D7425CF6E8C4E3 Preform maintenance on (1) gas water boiler with (2) hydro air handlers : GAS WATER BOILER: system is on and running power down boiler, shit pilot off at gas valve, removed flame guard and roll out switch and removed all burner tubes from system inspected heat exchanger and flue piping- ok inspected thermocouple and pilot assembly- thermocouple showing heavy ware and last replaced in 2022- replacement is highly recommended-customer approved preform full maintenance on pilot assembly and installed brand new thermocouple inside boiler test and inspect expansion tank, water feed, back flow and relief valve vacuumed and dusted out burner section on boiler, boiler cabinet, piping and all components- okay vacuumed and brushed out all burner tubes reinstalled all components and relight pilot- on secured and inspected electrical wiring and components- okay return power to system
