Boilers : - shop power to boiler - Removed boiler covered doors- system, full of dust and debris - Vacuum and dusted out boiler cabinet and components, under heat exchanger, burner tubes, and piping - Removed pilot assembly, and spark igniter from boiler - Clean spark igniter with copper bristle brush, and polished clean with steel wool - Reinstalled and secured all connections - Test expansion tank, water feed, and backflow preventer, air vent, and relief valve- okay - Secured and inspected electrical wiring and components - Inspect flue piping and damper motor- okay - Polished and wiped down all equipment - Return power to system - Test take zoning panel, securing all connections- test Hydro and radiant heating thermostat- zone panel response, circulator pumps on and running and boiler fires - Monitor system operations, flam
