Heating systems Blower motor malfunctioning. Fan motor needs to be replaced. Here to replace ECM blower motor for Trane Furnace. Upon arrival found power to the system already turned off. Proceed to disconnect electrical wiring and components to remove air movement system. Remove control board and electrical wiring from system cabinet. Remove screws to slide out blower assembly from track. Once air movement system is out. I disassembled blower motor from housing. Installed new blower motor into existing housing and secure screws back in place. tested blower wheel to confirm no grinding noise before installing back on track and into furnace. Once air movement system is back in place. Reconnected electrical components. Control board and transformer. Re-Configured electrical wiring back @ control board. Strap and secure electrical wiring neatly. Had thermostat call for heat. Ran, tested and monitored heating operation to be normal. Check temperature rises / temperature split at supply an
