Today I arrived on site to address the reported AC issue. Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Determined the AC system for the entire house was not working properly. Identified the blower motor as non-operational. Found that the capacitors and contactor were also not functioning. Noted the system operates on R22 refrigerant. Upon arriving at the client's property. The client explained to me that the condenser unit is constantly running and does not stop. I proceeded to verify the tstat. The tstat is operating well this time. I proceeded to check the AHU in the attic. I found the blower motor, not working in the AIRHANDLER Unit. I also found the blower motor Starter cap not working. I proceeded to check the condenser Unit. I found in the condenser Unit, the CAP and the Contact not working. The condenser Unit continued to run without receiving an AC call from the thermostat.
