Preform maintenance on x1- gas fired water boiler with (2) heating zones: * shut power to boiler * removed flame guard, roll out, burner tubes and spark igniter * cleaned spark igniter with copper bristle brush and polished with steel wool * vacuumed and dusted burner section under heat exchanger * vacuumed boiler area clean * vacuumed and brushed all burners clean * vacuumed and dusted boiler cabinet, piping and components clean and clear * inspect flue piping and flue damper / motor * test and inspect water feed/ expansion tank, air vent and relief valve- okay * Reinstalled all burners, flame guard and roll out switch * return power to system * call for heating on first floor thermostat: vent damper opens, igniter sparks pilot and boiler fires - circulator pump on and running- normal operations * confirm supply and return piping heating properly and system shuts down on temp of 180 * the second floor heating thermostat and monitor operations and confirm that zone also satisfies at 1
