Came out for a duck cleaning estimate upon arrival customer had multiple people out before me. She is on the elderly side. The people tried ripping her off and selling her a bunch of stuff that wasn’t needed after looking over the machines and ductwork. The machine already has a UV in it, which is protecting it and the ducks are clean, but it’s also a condo with flex ducks so cleaning would not be recommended
Customer absolutely does not need duct cleaning. Her system and all her duct work is brand new (7 months). She appreciated my honesty and is going to use us if she has any problems with her system.

Brennan G Today I visited for the system not heating in heatpump mode. I discovered the heating mode TXV has failed and is not metering properly. Supply houses closed during visit. Will send a repair estimate via email tomorrow once parts availability is confirmed.

Found water dripping from PVC fitting at air handler. Replaced fitting and added plumbers tape to connection and also Clean and treated drain while present. System appears to be draining properly at this time.
Homeowner had some water on air filter when changed also with small drops of water on emergency pan. When arrived inspected drain and coil. No clogged drain and evaporator is clean. Appears to have hairline crack in evaporator front left side. It's a very small amount of water. Provided warranty price to replace coil with pan.
Performed maint Checked all electrical Amp draws on motors Cleaned condenser coils to best of abilities Compressor is pulling pretty close to run load amps Blower motor is spitting oil out of motor and is soon to seize Compressor contractor is badly pitted Recommended jet washing of evaporator coil due to rusted out and Sheetrock dust inside coils Client had stated we had installed the system shortly after I stated it was never registered. Made client aware that is impossible due to mason only being not that long ago Sent repair quotes to client and briefly discussed replacement options but was undecided at this time and will call back Collected by check number 12771
