This company came out, took photos underneath the mobile and said that I needed a new Return duck that it was smashed. Dit has to be replaced period this duck work was replaced 6 months ago period he showed me photos from underneath a being off smashed. Falling apart wet period gave me a quote of 650 dolland when they sent the invoice.It went up fifty dollars . I called the air conditioning company and explained on what was discovered.The one that put it in.They went ahead and came out and gave me a free quote . They went completely under the mobile home and there was absolutely nothing wrong with either one of the duck work. The problem was that he went to the other side of the mobwhere. The sewer line is and he said the sewer line has holes in it and he showed me out the back of the mobile. That it was all plugged up and there was a problem.There that I need a new sewer line.There's sewage underneath the mobile. I called back Mason and explain to them what they discovered in Mason says.Well, that's what my technician discovered.And I told them that your technician's lying gave me fake photos raise the price.I said you guys are crooks.

Arrived to find system in off position Turned on and checked total operation to find low on r410a Leak search system to find leak in evaporator coil again and have replaced the coil not even a year ago. Called local supplier to out coil is 3-4 months out and we will be charged for freight and shipping need to talk with Joe about coverage on the shipping. Advised client due to all break downs since he has moved in to invest in new system vs throwing repairs into systems that are breaking down. Made client aware if wishes to do both systems we would credit upstairs repair back towards new system

Brennan G Today I visited to provide estimates to install the existing equipment for the upstairs and install a new system for the downstairs.
Brennan G Today I visited for the system not cooling or heating. I discovered the thermostat is faulty and needs to be replaced. After preforming a complete inspection I discovered multiple other concerns with the system regarding its age and condition. We discussed repairs vs replacement. David asked for replacement quotes and declined making any repairs today. I informed David the quotes I provided today are honored until our costs change and that a price increase is expected in the near future.
Arrived to find return duct collapsing Advised client due to any issue in home the ducts should be cleaned with repairs being made. Client declined air duct cleaning and wants just repairs to be made.
