Performed system maintenance. Found indoor blower wheel very dirty with microbial growth. Indoor cabinet also has some growth present. Inside plenum for upstairs unit has heavy microbial growth present. Found capacitor for upstairs unit bad. Highly recommend replacing part. Performed pull and clean on blower, clean and disinfect indoor cabinet, and replaced capacitor for outdoor equipment.
Technician: Josh S Phone #: (980) 829-6527 Diagnostic completed. Found Mitsubishi Multi Zone VRF inverter failing to activate. Correct reports failure occurred after recent storm. Tested incoming high voltage as well as system communication and found no communication signal exiting primary inverter board. Board has failed. Called system manufacturer for part availability and was told board has been discontinued and is unavailable. Worked with service manager to create options for client including replacement with Carrier Multi Zone system as well as conversation back to single zone have system with duct reengineering. Discussed with client who wishes to consider options and seek competing estimates. Follow-up to be scheduled next Wednesday at 12pm unless contacted sooner.
Quoted client 2 nEw 2.5 ton Heat pump systems and new duct systems Home will still need insulation blown in after job is performed but client stated he would have his insulation team do that job. Awaiting to hear back from client on any approvals for work.

Performed system maintenance. Found bad defrost control board in condenser. This is causing the condenser fan to continuously run even when thermostat is not sending a signal for cooling Bad disconnect for condenser. Flipped breaker and still receiving high voltage to equipment.
Performed diagnostic to find evaporator coil extremely plugged causing major air flow restrictions System is 20 Years old and I would not recommend pulling and cleaning evaporator coil due to age but did quote so client has all options Sent other recommendations as well
