Club furnace rejuvenation, inducer fan is reading 1.7amps, glow bar is reading .2amps. Indoor fan is reading 1.3amps. Flame sensor pulled out and cleaned off. Supply has a temperature of 102 degrees out of the register. Return has a temperature of 68 degrees. Heat rise of 34 degrees. Factory heat rise spec is between 30-60 degrees. Customers filter is brand new. Blower wheel pulled out and the fins brushed off. Tested gas vaulve on the gas supply line and it is operating correctly. All of the board connections are good. 15-year-old furnace, indoor coil, and condenser. The outdoor ambient temp was approximately 70 degrees and the indoor dry bulb was 70. The cool supply air was 53 degrees Fahrenheit and the room temp. return air was 72 degrees for a Delta T of 19. Measured 5.5 Amperes on the air circulation system. Put a new air filter in that we provided. Checked to make sure the circuit board and wiring were in good shape. Purged the water removal system's discharge tube with CO2 to prevent clogs. Cleaned the indoor coil (the pan treatment strip from last year is still good), and the air circulation compartment. The refrigerant pumping system's run amps were eight, the start amps were six and the fan motor amps were .6. The voltage enhancer had a correct uF charge. Cleaned the elec. compartment and verified the wiring and contactor were in good shape. The voltage distributor was taking in 245 Volts. The disconnect switch properly working.
