We recently had our duct system spray lined to prevent further deterioration to our underground heating vents. The technicians were extremely informative, bringing us over to see the progress and explaining where they were in the process ... they were also very courteous and a pleasure to have working in our house. They took great care that everything was protected and left no mess at the end. This was a two application process and both times they arrived when scheduled and again insured that we understood what they were doing each time.
