Televised sewer from clean out on stack in basement approximately 70ft to city main. Many joints have root growth throughout the line. There is a combination check valve / cleanout in line downstream of the catch basin. Roots appear to be growing in at basement toilet collar which is causing issues with downstairs toilet and shower. Suggest digging and replacing toilet collar
6-12-2025: Cleaned roots out of 6” clay sewer line from back flow valve in basement out to city main, installed 5’x6” spot repair liner at about 45’ downstream from back flow valve in basement to cover over section where 6” clay was broke and missing.
Sewer video inspection service call. Televised sewer from inside clean out. There is a location under front stairs where the sewer is broken on bottom. Suggest digging in basement in order to install a patch liner. Will provide a proposal for that sewer repair work.
