Pulled blower to investigate noise complaint. Blower wasn't fully in the track towards the rear of the housing, causing it to bounce around They explained condenser never stopped no matter what Removed cover on contactor. Found it welded shut Replaced contactor Cycled system 5 times from the thermostat to verify everything shuts off and restarts properly System operating normally at this time. Control board, blower motor, thermostat, and contactor are all new. Refrigerant charge was verified to be correct at first visit.
