2020 Trane heatpump running in great condition. Aprilaire 416 air filter in decent condition. Check again in 1-2 months. Visual inspection of indoor coil. Flush drain pan and drain lines. Run test unit in cooling mode from thermostat. Delta t of 21F with supply temp of 51F. Refrigerant pressure are within spec. High 280psi with 11F SC, low 115psi with 10F SH. Water flushed outdoor coils to remove dirt and debris. Outdoor fan motor and compressor are operating within specs. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Summer.
