Small leak in yard showing up down by the curb. Confirmed meter was slowly spinning. Shut valve inside the house, meter still slowly spinning. Found valve for irrigation system under some grass inside a valve box by the meter. Shut off the irrigation system and the meter stopped spinning. Watched for a few minutes to confirm. Leak is somewhere on the irrigation system and is very very small. Homeowner elected to leave the valve closed for the irrigation system as he does not use it anyway. No further issue at this time.
