Both gentlemen were very professional and polite and they represented the Chen Plumbing brand quite well! Came out for water service replacement quote. Gave customer estimate customer approved estimate. Installed new 1” poly water service. Also installed meter box by meter for 1” valve. Made a 20 foot bore under driveway. Drilled new Stubout by water heater in garage. After making all connections tested system for system, system is working with no leaks or issues and meter is not spinning. Went through home to make sure all air was out of lines. System is working with no issues.
ESOG discovered cracked Cast-iron line on customer pipe, inform customer of findings, quoted price to replace small section of pipe. Which would require jackhammering,Tested work to make sure line had no leaks. There is no warranty because the line is very old cast-iron. Informed customer,customer understands.
