I was provided with an Exceptional Customer Experience by Chen Plumbing! The work was performed by Hunter and he was assisted by Christian. Both gentlemen were very professional and polite and they represented the Chen Plumbing brand quite well! I also received a follow up call from Neal (to make sure I was satisfied) once the work was completed. That was a nice touch.

Call for several issues. I spoke with Mr. Bedi over the phone and discussed concerns. He would like to proceed with only the pop up repair in the main level bathroom. The kitchen sink and master shower repair options have been provided, and he would like time to consider before proceeding. Removed broken pop up assembly and installed new assembly. Tested for leaks. No leaks found. Locked bottom lock on unit when leaving. Kitchen Drain clog right side sink. Basket strainers rusted and rotted. Downstairs bathroom sink Broken pop up, needs total replacement Master shower Glacier bay shower valve. Missing screw. Not secured inside wall, moving pipes every time handle is used. Tub spout wrong angle.
Customer stated that they needed shower valve removed and lines capped off. Gave customer quote and customer approved. Shut water off to home at meter and cut out shower valve. Use shark bite cap and capped off cold and hot cpvc lines for shower. Turn water back on and tested and no leaks were present at this time. Cleaned up work area. Another other company will be back out later this week to install new tub and new shower valve.
Upon arrival customer stated the sewage ejection pump was not working and backing up in the bathroom in the basement. I informed the customer I would have to pull the pump In order to see what is going wrong. Gave customer estimate. Customer approved the estimate. I pulled pump and noticed it had a blockage in pump. I cleared the blockage and put the pump back in the pit and tested it and the pump still was not working. Informed the customer we would have to replace the pump. Gave customer estimate. Customer approved the estimate. I took the old pump and old check valve out. I installed a new pump with a new check valve. Tested system and system is working properly with no issues or leaks.
Came out for water service replacement quote. Gave customer estimate customer approved estimate. Installed new 1” poly water service. Also installed meter box by meter for 1” valve. Made a 20 foot bore under driveway. Drilled new Stubout by water heater in garage. After making all connections tested system for system, system is working with no leaks or issues and meter is not spinning. Went through home to make sure all air was out of lines. System is working with no issues.
ESOG discovered cracked Cast-iron line on customer pipe, inform customer of findings, quoted price to replace small section of pipe. Which would require jackhammering,Tested work to make sure line had no leaks. There is no warranty because the line is very old cast-iron. Informed customer,customer understands.
