Job Checkin

Upon arrival customer stated the toilet was wobbly and the diverter on the tub spot was not working properly. I informed the customer we would have to pull and rest the toilet to make sure nothing is wrong. I also informed the customer we would have to replace the tub spot as well. Gave customer estimate. Customer approved the estimate. I took the old spot off and installed the new one. Then I pulled the toilet and inspected the flange. After I made sure the flange was not cracked or broken I set the toilet back with a new wax ring and Jonny bolts. I also caulked around the toilet and informed the tenant no to use the toilet for 24 to 48 hours to allow the caulk set up and dry. Tested all systems and all system are working properly with no issues or leaks.
