Customer had issue with Costco dishwasher installation. Discharge and supply were on same level and adjacent to dishwasher but shut off valve had supply line fused to it. Installation professional could not complete installation due to this valve. Plunged basement toilet to clear blockage in toilet. Gave estimate for water heater and pressure valve replacement in garage utility closet. Customer is not owner of home, but will pass on estimate to owner. There is no warranty for work completed today due to pressure valve failing and volatile pressure.
