Client called us out due to the master bathroom toilet upstairs was leaking at the base when flushed. Either way the toilet had to be pulled up, and client decided they would like to replace the toilet. We pulled up the old toilet and inspected the toilet flange. Toilet flange was in good condition and not broken. Sat down new wax ring and closet bolts, and installed the new kohler customer supplied toilet. Toilet flange or tile floor is not level, so we added a toilet shim at the back left of the toilet to stop it from rocking in the future. Once toilet was secured we tested for leaks, there are none. Caulked around the base of the new toilet after testing. 1 yr labor warranty on customer supplied.
