Customer had another plumber out who replaced the toilet flange. They shoved a pvc flange down into the lead but it was not sealed. Customer replaced his own toilet and then realized it had been leaking into the ceiling below for 2 months. Cut out old lead bend and removed the other flange. Replaced with pvc. Had to trim down pvc 90 to allow flange to sit flush onto floor to work with existing plumbing in the house. Tested to ensure proper function. No further issue at this time.
