Returned and replaced prv with new prv. Replaced thermal expansion tank, filled to 60 psi, and strapped it to the ceiling. Turned water back on and set pressure to 60 psi. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found. Let customer know small air and discoloration may occur since water was turned off. This is normal and to be expected.
