Customer had a 14 year old heater leaking from the t&p valve. Isolated the heater to stop the leak on the system and the house pressure is in a safe range. T&p failure is likely due to age of equipment. Replaced the heater with a new 50 gallon gas heater, a new thermal expansion tank w/bracket, a new shutoff, and a new pan. Replaced the copper gas line with trac pipe to meet code compliance. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found.
