Customer had both bathrooms in the home backing up. Pulled toilet and cleared soft tissue stoppage with camera. Noted to customer that the age, condition, and number of turns in the drain will likely lead to repeat stoppages. Also, informed customer the use of wipes, especially in a drain system with cast, will for sure cause future stoppages. Left quote to replace cast in basement.
