DCM1 complete; Heat; (2) Aprilaire 313 replaced ( homeowner provided ). System is fully functional. All components are operating within manufacturer specifications. Refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor conditions. Heat checklist attached Upstairs ductwork on the backside of the home is either sweating or leaking. The soffit is beginning to get discolored from some type of bacterial growth. Homeowner request quote to remove soffit ( homeowner will do this ), ensure ductwork is sealed from flex to boot and boot to floor. Then insulate ductwork and boot. 3 ducts total

Arrived to high humidity and overall comfort dissatisfaction System was initially, at installation, cooling properly. Thermostat failed and when new thermostat was installed system failed to perform as it had previously. Re-programmed thermostat through installation wizard. System has more than sufficient ductwork, operating TESP 2.0 in WC Main floor zone 138% Basement zone 75% Setup zone dampers at: upstairs 80%, upstairs was set at 100%. Floor was receiving 3 tons of conditioned air in a space designed for 2.5 performing like an oversized system. Reaching set temp too fast, not allowing proper runtime for dehumidification. Basement : 30%, to be allowed voting Setup AHU and thermostat for Electric Heat, AHU was set on Park and Thermostat set on 3 stage indoor heat. AHU now setup for 10k heat and thermostat setup for 2 stage indoor heat System has a fresh 8in fresh air intake. Dampered fresh air intake down to 1/4.
