#4 : Drain line cleared and repaired, condensate pump moved into the drain pan and water vacuumed from the drain pan. Replaced inoperable float safety switch. Washed outdoor coils and added 3 pounds of R410 Refrigerant. System is fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications. Refrigerant pressures and temperature are appropriate for indoor and outdoor conditions. Temp split of 19 degrees. #3 : Washed outdoor coils and replaced filter. System has an underline air flow issue, not enough duct work. System is performing as best as it can at this time. System has a 19 degree temperature split. Need to return to get #5 running. Still need to replace filter in #4 and cross reference air handler model number for proper filter size.

Call for no heat, upon arrival talked to employees she said when it was cold the system could not keep up but as the day progressed the system met desired temperature, thermostat was set at 72 and reading 72, tested system and system functioned properly, checked filter, filter was dirty and impacted hadn’t been replaced since 2019, unable to get in touch with Travis, replaced filter anyway and tested system, system is functioning within manufacturer specifications at this time.
