Identified failed zone board and low refrigerant levels. Evaporator was found to be leaking on 20 Jul 22. Technician added 3 lbs of refrigerant. Subcool is currently at .5 *. Superheat at 23*. Zone board isn’t communications to zone dampers to open. Both dampers wet closed when I opened ducts, both zones were calling for cool.
