Arrived today to replace indoor txv on a 2021 Trane which is responsible for the break-room(unit #4).Upon arrival recovered 6.5lbs of 410A once finished with recovery of refrigerant was completed removed malfunctioning txv & replaced filter drier.After completing installation of new parts performed a pressure test at 636psi confirming it was able to hold pressure indicating there isn’t a leak present.Next pulled a vacuum down to 500 microns then added 6.5lbs of 410A to equipment which is factory charge.Lastly spoke with Joe about additional repairs needed to allow equipment to run efficiently along with prevent issue from repopulating a quote to clean blower wheel, indoor evaporator coil, clear indoor evaporator coil drain and indoor pvc drain line along with install new media filter.Joe will look over estimate then call back when approval is granted.Equipment is cooling at this time with concerns of malfunction repopulating due to additional repairs needed.
