Arrived today due to a 2017 Trane not cooling/heating along with reports of thermostats being blank.Upon arrival confirmed all three thermostats were blank not allowing any testing of functionality of equipment.Began diagnostic on the indoor equipment the filter 16x25x4 was dirty & clogged a quote was provided to replace media filter with approval replaced.Next looked into sight-glass not finding furnace control board indicating light displaying removed cover to equipment testing transformer finding it to be burned out a quote to replace malfunctioned transformer has been provided along with a quote to install a dedicated transformer for zone board board and accessories.Advised customer before proceeding with repairs these are repairs required to continue diagnostic there could still be additional repairs required with approval installed transformer for equipment along with dedicated transformer for zone board and accessories.After parts were installed tested for low & high voltage con
