Performed a two system cooling maintenance on a 2021 Rheem & a 2011 Trane the ODT is 75°.Upon arrival tested operation of equipment confirming they were operational.Once operation was confirmed began evaluation on equipment there are four 16x25x2 and four 20x20x2 which were gently used each filter was replaced on this visit along with there is one A50 belt which was not replaced due to not being worn.Blower motor was fully operational not showing any signs of being intermittent or dropping out.Inspected blower wheel on each system finding RTU #1 to be dirty when a blower wheel gets dirty it minimizes the efficiency of equipment along with places a strain on parts and equipment a quote has been provided to clean blower wheel.Inspected evaporator coil on each system finding RTU #1 to have dirty evaporator coil when a evaporator coil gets dirty it minimizes the efficiency of equipment along with can affect the ability to cool properly a quote to clean coil has been provided.Tested capacit
