Standard duty electrical stored power boost system Return to replace 1st floor evaporator coil and TXV Manually pump system down. Unsweat line set Cut PVC drain pipe to remove evaporator coil. Install new evaporator coil and TXV. Brazed in line set. Re-installed pvc drain line. Pressurize system with dry nitrogen @ 350psi for 45 minutes. No leak. Remove dry gas Pull vacuum @ system for 45 minutes. No leak. Let vacuum sit for 5 minutes Ran and test system operation. Recommend to customer to replace standard duty electrical stored power booster for 1st floor system due to rust and corrosion @ booster. Customer agreed. Booster was replaced.
