View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-7C6F-665978715FE9485CB79050BE6B3725EB Customer is having issues with the heating on the first floor of the home- She has to turn the switch to the air handler on and off for a temporary fix: At arrival call for heating from the first floor thermostat The customer has a Buderus gas fired water boiler with two Hydro air handlers With a call for Heat, The indoor blower motor turns on- check boiler Found that the LED light was not turning on for zone two which was the first floor, But the circulator pump is on and running Found that the end switch was not closing to turn the boiler on When checking low-voltage at the top of the taco panel with no call for heat 28 volt- with a call for Heat, the switch is not closing and reading 25 volts Removed all low-voltage wiring from the takeover panel and jump out panel- Zone two is still not turning on and confirm with manufacturer or tech-support that the panel is bad Th
