S/W Here to replace 2nd floor compressor. Reclaimed refrigerant for system using reclaiming machine. Cut out and remove old compressor and filter dryer. Flush line set, outdoor and indoor coil w/ R11 Flush. Blow out system with nitrogen (dry compress gas) Installed New R-410A compressor. Nitrogen Brazed in new compressor and liquid line filter dryer. Pressurized system w/ dry nitrogen gas up to 350psi. Check joints w/ bubble leak solution. No leaks. Let sit for 30 minutes with compress gas. Release nitrogen and pulled deep vacuum on system. Vacuum was pulled for 45 minutes to a hour. Shut vacuum and let sit for a few minutes. System stayed in a vacuum state. Weighed in refrigerant charge of 5lbs of R-410A. Adjusted refrigerant charge after with system running. 8Lbs of R-410A total was added 2nd floor system. Customer is aware that follow up maybe required in the spring with warmer weather conditions to further adjust refrigerant levels. System is operational @ this time. View visual fi
