Return visit to replace evaporator coil the the 2nd floor air handler. This air handler is located on the 3rd floor kneewall behind the bed. System was pumped down and Power was shut off at air handler. Removed old coil and installed new evap coil. System was pressurized and checked for leaks and no leaks were present. Vacummed was pulled and charge was released. When restoring power to air handler found that the air handler has no power. Found a breaker on the 3rd floor was tripped. When trying to reset the breaker the breaker would not reset. Need an electrician to replace breaker and system needs to be tested. Issue was explained to customer he is trying to get an emergency electrician tonight will follow up with us office to follow up.
