S/w thermocouple-replacement Upon arrival inspected boiler. Saw that there’s no flame @ boiler from thermocouple. Tried to relight thermocouple multiple times would not stay lit. Check gas valve to verify that 24 volts is going to gas valve. Cracked union to verify gas flow. Check safety switches, spill switch and rollout-ok Remove and replace thermocouple, new thermocouple is staying lit but flame is very low. Shut power to boiler once more and remove burner tubes. Adjusted thermocouple, remove and blow out gas tubing. Re-install burner tubes and checked gas pressure. Gas pressure has improved a little bit stronger after clearing tubing. Boiler fired on/running monitor boiler operation. Check flow @ radiator. System is heating up and back to normal operation. Should boiler fail once more need to check and confirm gas pressure and or verify that gas valve is not failing intermittently.
