View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-A243-C8ABF4F3C8F64310B651240052E29B0F Customer has a leak from the domestic hot water indirect storage tank: * At arrival check tank- The leak is coming from the system, relief valve * Connect pressure gauge to the tank to check current pressure- we’ll blow rating and constantly dripping water * bad relief valve on system * test the DHW expansion tank- the tank has also failed and is holding water in the bottom of the tank * both the expansion tank and relief valve need to be replaced on the indirect tank * office to follow up with pricing and availability For the time being connected the customers shop vac hose to the drip leg on the relief valve and have it draining into the floor drain in boiler room so customer does not have to monitor system until repair is made
