Shut power to the system and removed all burner tubes from the boiler * try to relight pilot inspecting flame- very weak flame * Disconnected supply gas tubing to pilot assembly from gas valve and pilot assembly * Inspected pilot assembly on burner * Found that the gas orifice was plugged up with dust and debris * The gas orifice is unable to be removed from the pilot assembly- fixed * Clean the gas orifice inside of the pilot assembly With detailing brushes and blew out with compressed air * reinstalled gas tubing to pilot assembly and gas valve and secure all connections * installed thermocouple back in pilot assembly and gas valve and secure connections * check for leaks- none * re-light pilot- pilot flame is much st
