View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-A243-B277873CB8D34702A1465AB0884D0FC8 Customer has no heat in the entire home: * Check boiler at arrival found zones calling for heat, but the boiler is off * open boiler and check system * found pilot out on boiler * try to relight pilot (3) times- pilot will not stay on * removed existing thermocouple and replaced with brand new * relight pilot- Pilot stays lit first try * Reinstalled all burner tubes, and flame guard, and return power to boiler * Call for heating from thermostat: Boiler fire is normal operations * Cycle boiler on and off 5+ times: Main burner shuts down and pilot remains lit each and every time * Monitor operations and watch system Satisfy a temperature of 180°- Main burner shuts down and pilot on * cal for heating from another zone to fire system again and watch it satisfied at temp and pilot remains on- Normal operations * Heating is back up and running
