View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-A243-03E84A41D3264AB4AB80CD08433C092E Customer has a Leak from the domestic hot water heater: The customer had some work being done in the basement, and the mixing valve was knocked into and started leaking At arrival, there is a container underneath the mixing valve catching water- Study drip from union With two wrenches, secured the connection on the mixing valve after the temperature gauge to stop the water from leaking The system was tested and monitored for over 20 minutes The domestic hot water was run in the home And no water is leaking from the mixing valve. Also, when the hot water is off at the fixtures, there is no water leaking from the mixing valve. Customer is here to see that the drip is No longer than customer is going to monitor to make sure it does not come back If it does come back, it would require replacing the 1 inch mixing valve, which does not appear needed at this time
