I was upset that the team that was here in July turned off the Boiler while replacing the Hot Water Heater. This is all understandable, but they never turned the Boiler back on and opened the main ball valve back on. I was very satisfied with Lorenzo in how thorough he was explaining the issue. I have now marked all the Ball Valves to note each position.
