He has a hanging fan coil, hot water heater that is controlled by an old yo-yo thermostat. The customer states that the temperature drops well below the set point, but the thermostat does not kick the system on. When the customer taps on the thermostat- It does kick the system on. This is an older mercury, yo-yo thermostat that is old and outdated and should be replaced. Provided customer with a quote for a new thermostat which he approved on site. Power down the hanging heater Disconnected and removed electrical from old thermostat and remove old thermostat from the wall Installed and secured new anchors into the wall and mounted thermostat back plate level and secure on garage wall Wiring and install Connections for new thermostat Install batteries int
