Perform maintenance on gas fired water boiler with four Hydro air handlers: HYDRO AIR HANDLERS: - All systems are controlled by nest thermostats - Shut nest thermostats down - Open air handler cabinet doors - Chemically sprayed, evaporator coils, clean, and clear - Polished primary drain pans - Chemically sprayed and polished inside of air handler cabinets and component - Polished and inspected blower motors, wheels, and assemblies - Secured and inspected electrical wiring, connections, and components - Replaced and dated all air filters - 13x21x1 / 20x21x1 / 16 x20x1 and 24x24x1 - Inspected all Hydro coils- call for heating from nest thermostats- confirm that blower motors are on and running, and Hydro coils are heating properly GAS WATER BOILER: - shut down equipment - Removed all burner tubes / flame guard and roll out switch - Preformed maintenance on pilot assembly and spark ignition - Vacuumed and dusted out boiler cabinet and components - Vacuumed and dusted out all burn
