Today I arrived on site Thermostat Issue:Identified the thermostat was not functioning correctly. Replaced the faulty thermostat with a new T4 model. System Status:Verified the HVAC heating and AC systems are now operating. Upon arrival at the property. The client explained to me that the tstat is not working properly. I proceeded to verify the tstat. I found the tstat is not setting anything on the screen. I proceeded to do a visual inspection of the system. I found the interior cabin dirty with dust. I found ductwork dirty with dust. I found the blower wheel dirty with dust. I proceeded to show the client the results of my visual inspection.
